Sinopsis: Students present two videos related to job searching. On the one hand, it is an example of Curriculum Vitae in video format, and on the other hand, they present a list of advices when preparing a Curriculum Vitae in any format. Both videos were made with different softwares: moovly and Powtoon. Both are online platforms, and they allow us to create tutorials and presentations without using a recording device.

2. INTRODUCTION
These activities were defined under the next lines:
● it´s informative and realistic.
● it´s instructive:guiding, promoting cognitive learning.
● it’s motivating: it´s attractive, it´s interesting and makes sense to the students.
● it´s assessable: it promotes self-observation and analysis .
● it has a researching character: by discovering new software.
● it’s metalinguistic: it makes use of audio visual language.
● it´s expressive: it expresses emotions and personal interests.
● it’s ludic (students can enjoy while doing the practice), representative (it shows participants’ needs and interests) and innovative (it´s a new experience for the students, technologically and personally).

3. MOTIVATION
It is intended that …
● Students used ICT which happen to be very motivating and suitable to the students the practice was made for.
● The software (POWTOON) is very intuitive and well customized (they don't need previous knowledge to use it) and it´s very innovative.
● The students are very active during the work, the software was designed to be stimulating, and they seem to dominate it easily.
● It promotes meaningful relations between new and previous knowledge.
● The practice is not designed to be a mere transmitter of information, it promotes relationships, discussions, analysis, etc…
● The practice helps the students discovery new contents that they didn't work before. It triggers new interests in the students.
● It connects with the reality of the students, it begins with their reality, interests and motivations to find a job.
● The software makes use of very didactic elements: exemplification, shows difficulties that may lead to mistakes, rules defining concepts, outlines and charts.
● The students use previous scripts and make practice of the synthesis capacity of the relevant contents.
● We pursue originality, not just communicating information.
● It stimulates of imagination and creativity.
4. GOALS:
● To make students familiar with the English language and know the importance of been able to communicate themselves in other language.
● To make the structure and sequence of the practice suitable to the people for the work was made for, regarding perception, comprehension, previous kludges...
● To make students familiar with the new technologies.
● To enable students to look for information by themselves, to communicate them in an original way
● To participate with other students and other teams.
● To be organised and correct to look for a job and the necessity of get it.
● To make students’ vocabulary rich, being able to build proper sentences.
● To assimilate the information displayed through images.
5. TARGET AND RESPONSIBLE PEOPLE
5.1. Target people

● The students that created the activity.
● The students that wanted to have a good job.
● Other students of our environment and from other schools (from Spain or other countries).

● Students that have an active participation or the ones responsible of the practice.

6. IMPLEMENTATION:
The development of this best practice involves the following stages:
1. Planning: Students of the team meet each other, including members of other teams to make brainstorms and look for the best contents to make the activity.
2. Make a script. It’s necessary to make a previous script in both languages (Spanish and English).
3. Look for the adequate software according to the contents we want to show; making it easy, motivating and promoting practice to the people the activity was made for.
4. Share the activity with the rest of members of our school, and other international schools participating in the project.
5. Evaluate the obtained results, the impressions, opinions and other comments of the members that participate in the activity.
6. Disseminate the good practice via different digital platforms, social nets, and other media around us.

8. POTENTIAL DIFFICULTIES IN IMPLEMENTATION
The difficulties of implementing the practice may be due to several reasons:
● The coordination between all the members of the team, due to the timetable of the teachers at school and the students’ homework; sometimes it’s been necessary to make use of students time in class.
● The use of the software (powtoon) itself at the beginning of the activity.
● The availability of computers and the Internet.
● The English language. The students lacked some vocabulary necessary to do the practice properly.
9. CONNECTION OF GOOD PRACTICE WITH ACTIVITIES / PROCESSES AT SCHOOL
This best practice can relate to:
● Collaboration between the work teams, teachers and students of our school.
● Collaboration between us and other schools of the city, to which we sent information about our practice and showed interest for our work. In many cases we asked some schools to go there, while sometimes they requested us to go to their schools.
● Collaboration between us and the other international schools members of the project, as a matter of fact, the ones from Germany and Finland.
● Collaboration with the educative community: we intend to show the activity during the "open house week", where students, parents and teachers meet and enjoy.
10. EVALUATION
The evaluation of this good practice relates to aspects and techniques having an expressive even pedagogical nature. At the end of the activity, we reviewed the main goals and we found the following results:
The possible results and benefits are related to the achievement or not of the objectives.
